2. I tracked the parcel online with the tracking number you offered, but find no information, what’s wrong with it?
Sometimes information does not show up within 1 or 2 days after you get your tracking number because it takes time for information input, we just hope you can try it on another day.
3.Do you send to Brazil/South Africa,etc? How much did it cost?
We deliver to all over the world for free shipping. There is no tax added for our products.
4. What payment method can we use?
For the time being we provide PayPal and Credit Card payment options.
5.When I got the parcel, it was damaged, what can I do with that?
When you (buyer) get the package, if you find the item is damaged(cracked) in appearance, immediately contact the carrier and us. If the item does not work(DOA), please take photos of the item including warranty label and send us the photos by email, please contact us within 7 days after receipt of package. Once the case is clarified, we will resend you a good item. Sometimes for DOA item, you may be requested to return it.
