Sometimes the UPS tracking system lags...it's not as good as the FedEx system.My order status on the VZW site updated to 'shipped' around noon yesterday but the automated email didn't get sent until about 4am this morning. The package looks to have been received by UPS around 5:00pm yesterday.Gotta say, this turnaround kind of surprises me. Works great, as advertised. It's nice being able to place the two fans wherever is needed most.My only complaint is that it doesn't need to be at the angle it is. The front edge is very low, so when placing the unit on any soft surface (the couch, bed, etc.), the fans are pretty much right up against the soft surface.
