As I could not decide on whether to buy the top-of-the-line Targus or this one, I ended up buying both. The Targus of course came with a million flaws and is not worth buying even if they give out FREE ones. This one makes much less noise than the Targus but it has two drawbacks. It has only one USB port which does not work all the time with all gadgets especially ones that require more power like the WD external portable drive. I came across a pretty damaged iPhone and all I needed this part for was to repair was the power button. This part did exactly that, but it was one of the most difficult installations I had ever done on an iPhone. It's not so much that the part is tiny...it's the fact that you have to fold the ribbon cables perfectly and make sure it stays in place while getting everything attached. I have been a 500gb external hard drive for mac user for over 5 yrs and I wouldn't trade this product for any other even if it was free. I like the operating system, the platform and all the extras the apple put in their products to improve the quality and customers satisfaction.
They really do isolate the sound, which is cool. The white buds do get dirty easily so make sure ur ears are clean!
