Despite K10's rather extensive architectural improvements, it looks likes its core performance isn't too different to K8. I bought this device to listen to music in my office match my apple 3gs cover. I have never listened to it at full volume because I wanted to preserve the sound quality. After about 2 months, however, it developed a clicking sound in the left speaker. It also has a loud static sound. I can't listen to it for more than a few songs before it starts up again, so the device is worthless now. Save your money.
I bought this for my daughter and as soon as I tested it before her birthday (well, you've got to, haven't you?) I wanted one. Aside from the great sounds we expect from apple 3gs cover, and the superb user interface that we expect from Apple, the wireless applications just add another great dimension. Touch button access to YouTube, Google the weather etc makes it a great all-rounder. One minor gripe - the alarm function is limited to alarm sounds only - unable to use playlists like you can on other IPO
These were nice protectors. They are slightly miscut but you get them for a quarter a piece. These hold up very well and do not decrease the sensitivity of the touch screen for some reason like others I have used. I liked them enough I bought a second set.
