If they'd have to choose, they'd keep the apple accessories stores as these are far more versatile although they do know how to surf the web with for instance the psp. I previously owned a 2nd gen i-touch and recently bought this new model.It is much faster,loads webpages quickly and launches games faster.Voice control is a good feature but is inaccurate sometimes.Basically,they have added a faster processor and a new feature.Battery life though is shorter than the previous model,I think.And at a price quite below the previous model's it is quite a bargain.Buy it if you are an addict like me!!!!!!!
