We have a lot of barcode scanners here. Most of the older ones piggyback on a PS/2 keyboard. Additionally, they have not worked well with other USB to PS/2 converters. Not so with this adapter. All the old barcodes now work on the newer apple bluetooth wireless mousehine that we have that do not have a built-in PS/2 port.I am happy with this unit and will be buying more of them as we need them.
I just wished it would hold batteries for on the go.

Fantastic price for this case which does a great job of protecting the iPad2.It is a nice leather look and feel and the front cover bends round the back to provide a stand for the iPad.The iPad shuts down when you close the cover to save the battery and screen and all the holes in the case match up with the relative power points/headphone jack/volume button etc perfectly. The iPad also sits tight within the cover and doesn't move around.Really recommend this for the price - does a superior job o

Have this plus a Tripp lite traveler 3 USB. That one is rated a bit better on a technical basis, though this one just claims a few more joules. This one is nice since the plug rotates 90 deg, but it does get plugged to the wall, no cord. Id say that the Tripp lite is slightly better because of real specs and the presence of a lead-in cord. Still this unit is white if color is a consideration for install spot.

Durable, quality product product that doesn't add heft to your iPhone. Minuses:Scratches easily. (But keeps your iPhone in pristine condition)Earphone jack access somewhat tight.
