these speakers have very high quality for the price they are. the bass is not over the top like with many sub woofers you see nowadays giving very clear sound that is perfect. also they go pretty loud and keep clarity at high volume unlike some speakers that I've bought in the past. I listen to a lot of house and techno music which test the speakers to the maximum and they are worth more than ?15 is all I can say
