Great sound (I do use other earphones) for such a small player and very easy to use. I listen to classical, rock and pop music and podcasts. The FM radio function is okay, the reception can be difficult sometimes, but that's not the main reason why I bought this player. As other reviewers have mentioned, I reset the player, through System Settings to Rest of the World to increase the volume.
Product description claimed it would work as headphone/microphone with apple itouch 1st generation TOuch 2G. It doesn't! Good thing it was cheap.
I use it daily.. Compact and the sound is fine for what it is. The power adapter craped out after 4 months but I have one coming. I like that it charges my I Pod Touch in between uses. This is a gem. I recommend it..
