It seems clear to me that the new 13" MBP is really the best the new lineup can offer.While many of my pet peeves remain, such as the glossy display, poor resolution, lack of good connectivity choices etc. the improved graphics performance, battery and bumped minimum specs actually puts it back in the running as an option for a truly portable computer.While the lack of a 'modern' CPU is an issue on paper I have to say nothing about the actual performance seems that bad to me.
i shopped around ALOT and this is exactly what i was looking for. it's loud, has great quality sound, and can fit in a backpack. haven't had battery issues. it seems to go about 4 hrs on battery life. the volume obviously is lower when it isnt plugged in, but that is to be expected. this was around $180 a few months ago, i'm glad the price dropped so much. this thing is SICK!

I just bought this after using the apple macintoshbook Air for a few months. I needed more speed and power and this apple macintoshbook Pro performs exceptionally well during labor intensive softwares such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Aperture....all at the same time!
Item is ideal for use with a SmartCover however the cutout for the charger is not an exact match and I have had to cut it further to allow the charger to fit while the case is on.The pink is not as bright as the picture and there isn't a cut out for the apple symbol on the back of the one I was sent. However the colour looks good with the pink apple smart cover and the case offers good protection for the back and edges of the ipad2.
