UPDATE: about 6 months post-purchase the earbuds started having the same issues as expressed by others: one side went out. I contacted the company via their website. Matt, the customer service rep, had me email him my particulars (name, Amazon.com order number, and address) and within a week, I had a replacement pair of earbuds. (The warranty is good for a year.)
