I spent $30 on a bumper made by Apple for my iPhone 4S and neither my VGA or HDMI adapters (both made by Apple for iPhone) will NOT work. The slot at the bottom of the Apple-made bumper is TOO small for any of the Apple-made 30 pin adapters required for any kind of video-out projection. FORM = Cool Look. FUNCTION = Useless. I tried the Belkin (the thinest of them all) and none would work with this dock. This was the same deal with the iPhone. Wish the dock would take thin cases into consideration.
Probably the best electronic purchase I've made for less than $150. The sound is truly amazing. I'll agree with other reviewers that sound quality is lost when running on batteries but even with that said, the sound is amazing! We listen to a variety of music and this system handles all genres beautifully !For what we wanted to take poolside in the summer it more than fits the bill! Thanks to Logitech for putting such big sound in a little package for a reasonable price.
I am very disappointed about this product. I baught this adapter with an Intel apple troubleshooting itouchMini to replace my PC running Windows XP MCE. But compared to the PC the picture quality of this product is very poor.I'm using a PAL-TV as monitor and a Denon AV-Receiver to switch the sources, audio as well as video. I thought that meant it was the genuine Apple cable, but what I got (supplied by ClearAV) was an aftermarket cable, not the genuine Apple cable. It is not as elegant as the genuine Apple cable, and it has a sort of new vinyl smell, but it works.
