I recieved this speaker for my apple usb ethernet so I had something to listen to while at work. This allows my attention to be grabbed by coworkers and still be able to listen to music. It has unbelievable sound and very little distortion. I do recommend the speaker be plugged in if played loud. Houwever, the battery does last anywhere from 4 to 7 hours at low or medium sound. I would say the only thing this is missing is a leash to carry around leaving me hands free to do whatever. Overall, love it.
The apple usb ethernet Nano 6G, in most respects is fantastic. It is the right size, not too small, and very manouverable (I especially like how you can shake it and it shuffles the songs). It lacks the features of the larger nanos but if all you want to do is listen to music then it could potentially be the bees knees.Sadly though, it is lacking in one very important area. Try as you might, you CANNOT switch it off. It merely goes to sleep (and whilst doing so, it uses batteries). I looked on the online supp
