(Electronics) I purchased this cable despite some of the bad reviews, I'm now wondering if those who are unhappy got a defective product? I've had mine in my car for just over 4 weeks now, not a single problem. Works like it should and seems just as durable as the Apple product. I should add that I disconnect/reconnect the Nano from the car often since I use valet parking quite frequently, no problems so far. I'd recommend this product if you're looking for a short cable.
