Bought this for my daughter, since her college expected her to have a bag macbook air to complete her final two years (wish they would have told me that before - would have saved the cost of a PC when she as a freshman). At any rate, start up, loading the software I got (Office for bag macbook air and Parallels) and subsequent use was a snap.
