How do i delete songs off my best iphone case nano?

When i delete them from the best iphone case on itunes i get on my best iphone case and its still there how do i delete the songs where they dont show up anymore on the best iphone case? ones you delete the songs form your itunes then re-sync your nano with your computer...this should do the trick you have to update your itune first, then re-synch it to your nano. I have a 1G iPhone. Is there a way to sync photos from my gmail contacts to my iPhone and vice versa?
