I had brought a Blueant device that stopped working after sometime and when I sent it in replacement nightmare began.I have called blue ant atleast 10 times to find out the status and the blue ant reps ask me to call back next week. This has been going on for 2 months.I have written to their supervisor, customer support team and every email address I can find, to no response.Do not buy blue ant devices, if you expect any customer service.
