In general, it works great, and I love the look and feel, but I have to agree with many other reviewers that the mouse tracks WAAAY too slow, even when set at max tracking speed. To navigate from upper left to lower right on a 15" MBP requires dragging the mouse almost 5 inches accross the desk (at max track speed setting).
