This case serves as a good protector for the ipad. I like the material it's made of to prevent ipad from slipping off a couter or cushion however there definitely are some drawbacks. For instance, it is difficulty to get the ipad in and out due to the snug fit and it shows every bit of dirt or spill because of it's black color. I was a little nervous buying this item, but so far the charger has worked for my 80GB black Video buy ipad 2 cases.
