What program can I use to transfer songs from my car with ipod dock to my car with ipod dock?

I know it;s been done, I just would like to know what;s the best programs to get the songs from my car with ipod dock copied onto my computer because my drive crashed and the car with ipod dock is the only place that I had a backup. If I have an At&T phone and buy an At&T iPhone 3GS on eBay, will it work?

Looking to buy an iPhone 3GS on eBay. I found one that is AT&T and I also have AT&T. They take the same SIM card also. Will this work if I buy it? if you are an AT&T customer than yes you should be able to use the iphone that you buy. The current phone you have probably does not have the same sim card as the iphone...but if you take your new iPhone to an AT&T store they should be able to get your new phone linked to your account.

The Shire set in New Zealand is pretty cool. I was there a week after filming wrapped and they're making it a modest tourist destination. It's not overwhelming, just a pleasant laid back pastoral setting. As it should be. Kind of sublime, really.
