"I just got my Spinn the other day and have yet to install the disc it came with because it's a mini-disc and I can't use it on my computer. Despite this, I can still put files on it with no problem. It doesn't recognize my music under Music, but I can play it through the File menu. I imagine once I can install the stuff it came with, it shouldn't be a problem anymore. I got these as a replacement for my Sennheiser earbuds, because my cat chewed threw the wire on those. That cat is worse than a dog. Anyway, the JBuds are cute and work ok for casual listening, but they do not stay in the ear as well as the Sennheiser ones, not even close. You can see by the design, they are a little longer and bulkier than others. Likewise, the noise isolation is subpar at best. I recently purchased a pair of these against the advice of the apple rep to use with my home network to stream music and to use as an internet connection with my Bluray player. Setup took less than 5 minutes and no problems so far. I do not have an apple extreme base station is why he recommended against it, apparently the older G models do not pair easily, but I had no problems with the new N model. Works great with Itunes on my cd drive for macbookbook, PC, Ipad, and iphones. No complaints so far!

It got a cut so it won't self heal...when I tried to get a repacement thru Amazon, they said I needed to contact the seller. The seller then in turn said I needed to contact Zagg.
