charging battery ipad

classic.... water?

Charles about a year ago my charging battery ipad classic 80g went for a swim.. it took me about five mins to get it out of the pond. I then freaked out and tried to get it open. It took me about a day to get it open because it is so tough. I put it in rice and let it dry for a couple days before i tried it again. It didnt save it but the screen still turns on with the apple symbol then it turns to the red x screen. I used to be able to get it into disk mode by connecting it into the computer but now it doesn't
How can i figure out my iPhone password?

I finally got my old iPhone working again but I don;t remember the password that I put on it about 6 months ago. So is there a way to get into the phone with out deleting everything on it, if so how? HOLD the Power Button and the Home Button until a ;Yellow Hazard Triangle; Appears...(25 SECONDS)Then connect to iTunes and it will prompt to Restore cool answer

I have used the zagg shield on my 3g, and it peeled up on the edges a little after time, but nothing like this. I have only had it on for a week, even with a case on it it bubbles up and peels off for some odd reason. YES I installed it correctly.
