This seems awesome! I am not sure if someone already mentioned this in the comments, but isn't it bad for electronics to be exposed to too much light? Someone told me that once and you can even read it on the back of the packaging. Simple solution: cover up that iphone with an empty dark container (as house to keep it cool)? I am gonna try tackling this project this summer!

I bought this for $20, which was a very reasonable price. I find that the speaker quality is O.K., and people sound a little tinny. Don't have the window down or you won't hear anything as it is not very loud. But it holds a charge for a long time.

Disappointed that Apple didn't design an adapter which would stay connected. We have to use electrical tape or rubber bands to keep the adapter connected. This is not right. There is not a way to use the tightners which come with any projector's cord.
...just got my express and it's really cool. Simple and flawless integration into my home system. It handles surround, too, but it's definately not for serious Hi-Fi.Fun to play with, but keep it away from the McIntosh.
