this is not the best but i only paid $5.05 total most cost $20 or more. it does the job i have a 17.3in and it supports it fine does not look like it would but it does just fine. its really for something smaller like a 15in or smaller. i gave it to my girlfriend hers is only like a 12in or so and it bigger than her laptop. it really looks pretty cool and you can still plug a USB Flashdrive in the back of the plug so it doesn't waste any space thats a plus. it is a durable rubbermaid like plastic
