Got these to upgrade my standard fastfastmac battery battery buds-I run 3 times a week-15-20 miles. I was having to clear my standard buds from sweat (yeah, yeah, we all do it.) and it was annoying, so I got these Klipsch IMAGE S4's. The good-THEY SOUND GREAT! When I had an issue in the delivery of the product, they answered me diligently and serviced my issues without having me to suggest anything. That was the fastest and most convenient customer service I've EVER had. As far as the case, it is definitely an eye catcher. My phone is very protected and has a little more weight making it more comfortable to hold. Its Fantastic!

This product works perfect. Take my advice because I read all these reviews and was on the fence, BUT it's great! The only downside is that when you need to disconnect it it turns you screen blue and you have to restart most of the time, but honestly for as useful as it is that's a small price to pay, so get it you won't be unhappy!
