Apple has always had always had awesome keyboards sleek up-to date (looking almost futuristic). But yes its aluminum and yes it's sleek... But bluetooth?The good-Fits awesome beside a mouse, it has a almost a fully loaded control, batteries last most of the time if you are not a big typer, It removes the little usb connector from the computer for the normal wireless key boards come with.The bad-Bluetooth, WHY? it just makes it not really user friendly when trying to connect to the iPad or igloves for ipod o

Though I'm not any sort of expert in sound quality, I do love these earphones. They are comfortable, sound great, are durable (used for over 6 months so far), etc.

I've ordered two of these thing so far due to dropped phones and cracked glass. The first one worked great until I dropped the phone again and had to get a second. When I ordered the second one they accidently sent me the wrong part as other people have experienced. The problem was that I had not been able to attempt my phone repair until AFTER the 7 day return policy that Amazon lists here. I emailed their company and recieved super quick responses, and they immediately sent me the correct

I bought this product on [...] a couple of months ago. When the mouth piece fell off unexpectedly I went onto the Plantronics website to see what I could do. I filled out a form and got a new device days later. I just had to send my original device back to them. SUPER EASY. I really recommend Plantronics.

Tried this with a Dell 3007 monitor. No luck. It worked for 4 hours, then the picture changed to look like an old TV - lots of snow. Waiting for Apple to get this product working correctly. Hope it is soon!

I've had my power cord (the second I have purchased in one year) burn through, without any apparent reason. If my husband hadn't discovered the burning cord our house would have burned down. Obviously the cords have serious problems, and if Apple does not want to get sued over this, they better fix the problem QUICK as well as lower the prices which are completely unreasonable.
