I will start by saying I am not a audiophile and I understand all the inherent drawbacks of digital music.This is my first Bose product and I have to say I am disappointed in the sound quality. The bass sounds hollow and overall the sound is muffulled even after adjusting the EQ settings on my iPad (which seems to randomly work) and moving the unit around the room (including both closer to and away from walls). Extremely comfortable, keys have a nice tactile release whilst being immensely thin. The key presses are rather light but have a beautiful amount of snap to them. This keyboard is also extremely quiet... good for offices, video/audio editing and even dorm rooms. Takes up less space on the desk than most full size keyboards. this is a nice keyboard, lovely ... doesnt ever get that 'you need a hazmat suit to sit there' look to it .. BUT ..if you have an ihd video cameras compatible with mac and try to eject a stuck DVD or CD forgetaboutit .. it doesnt work. We had to schlep our ihd video cameras compatible with mac into the Apple Store after a very competent phone tech walked us thru several ejection processes none of which worked ... the genuis at the Apple Store on 5th Ave in NYC said 'you have the wrong keyboard, this one wont eject stuck DVD/CDs' ...HELLO .. Apple doesnt sell
I really do like this headset. I just wish the audio quality was a little higher and less muffled sounding. The reception on this thing is amazing. I walked away from my phone to go get something one floor down in the basement, forgetting that I was "tethered" to the phone, and realized that I was still getting perfect reception while on my conversation down in the basement.
