These are the standard earphones issued with the new shuffle. I can't complain about the sound quality which is first class Apple, but sadly they keep falling out of my ears! Headset will not fit every head. Can not get a noise free seal in ear with any of the size earpieces. Head phones, while a bit flexable, will not hold or bend to a shape. Tried warming the plastic to get a molded fit, but that didn't work well. Earpiece arms push against back of my skull and earpieces will not sit into ear canals no matter what I try. Headset should be bendable for custom fit, it is not.
Bulk Pack Its ok but there are some features that are different from my otterbox case from the otterbox company that makes me think this isn't an authentic otterbox.

It is very well rounded I like it just I wish I could use a mouse for my iPad to make it more of a desktop I know it takes away from the touch screen but it makes it more hands free and let the user have a greater experience I know the only way to get a mouse on your iPad is to jail brake but I'm not stupid
i recieved the item already cracked. there is a huge crack on the upper right side of the blue hardshell.
