[Update]My original review of this product was for 2 stars. Turns out my issues were due to Amazon shipping me a counterfeit product. The manufacturer swapped my headset for a genuine product, and the new ones are fantastic. My suggestion is to ensure the seller you purchase these through is on Sennheiser's list of authorized resellers (or at the very least, not on the list of known counterfeiters).
