Despite being a brand new unit, the one I received was defective. Would only play music when my nano was attached the dock crooked. When pressed firmly into the connection, it would charge but not play. So I could hear music, but not charge or charge but not hear music. Also, even on the very lowest setting, the volume was oppressively high. Very disappointing.
I listen to music, a lot and loud. These have far surpassed all speakers I have ever owned. They haven't blown and stay clear. LOVE them.

Pretty much *everything* on the Apple Online Store is showing delayed shipping times right now, which leads me to believe there's either a glitch in the system, or some sort of transport issue getting shipments from China.
