There is a basic problem with this product. If you on a site where your ears need serious protection, you are probably on a site where safety is a big issue. Audible distractions are bad enough for a driver (as NHTSA and others are now saying). On a construction site or around a jet engine, the distraction of music or talk radio could get you killed. Although this item isn't advertised with standard chrome buttons, it does display a picture as such. This ad leads you to believe that you're purchasing a standard iPhone 4 bumper case, when in fact you are clearly getting a knock off. I ordered this for my wife, expecting a usual bumper case as sold on apple's website, and got a basic rubber case instead. I've had my mighty mouse for almost 2-years. It works great! some of the problems mentionedd below have never been an issue.
