I have had my new MBP for exactly 13 months. The battery that came with it is doing pretty well. I have almost 200 cycles on it and I'm presently at 93% capacity. The second battery is another issue. It was purchased about a month later, and it was doing pretty well (91% capacity) until last week when it hit the 12 month mark and capacity nosedived to 59%. I am not doing anything different, I load and discharge fully on both of the batteries several times a week, don't let them sit on the charge

An amazing device. No, it doesn't have flash support but I've not found this to be a big issue at all, in fact free apps like Flipboard and Pulse News will change the way you browse the web anyway! Web browsing on a laptop, PC or ipad 2 march 17 seems archaic after spending some time on an iPad. The screen is bright, the keyboard easy to use and responsive and the variety of apps and games is second to none. I am a freelance writer and use the iPad for absolutely everything I do. It is surprisingly capable.

I purchased this product hoping to hock my 2011 ipad 2 march 17 Air to my LCD TV to enjoy a college football game or a TV show. It has worked great. The construction is the best. but by being careful I am hoping to prolong the life that some other review have stated of short life span of product. I would say buy two so you are never without and for the price it's doable.
