I read all current reviews prior to buying my own case---I was convinced that there would be very little I would be unhappy with and it turned out to be correct----the case fits beautifully and I have access to all ports---no wiggle room at all with this case---aahh after having my verizon iphone4 naked for almost a week I finally found the perfect protection.
I had the same problem as others have mentioned. I bought the earbuds to replace a pair I had lost but hadn't used them for a while, and I just noticed the right side doesn't work. I thought I had damaged it, but now I see it's a common defect. Not worth the price, and I didn't need the remote in the cord anyway.
After purchasing 4 other cases, I have found this to be tops, hands down! It is truly barely there. It is so slim, it's as if there is no case at all.
LOVE my penguin case! Never had a problem with it; read reviews about problems with the size but mine has been great. I have gotten TONS of compliments on it...everyone loves the penguin case, they think it's so cute. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Don't this if you want to share files using it in conjunction with an external hard drive. Extremely slow and clunky performance. Completely useless. If anyone from Apple wants to refute this I'd be happy to listen.
