Thanks - I think this unit isn't bad for purposes of backing up data - since you are getting redundnacy the fact that you are using it for backups of other hard drives. It really needs redundnacy to be used as a central location for data.

Really loved this little piece of kit, all the reviews are correct in that it really does the job. However not as durable as I'd hoped because I bought mine a year ago and the wiring connection bit has now worn apart. To be fair I think it depends on much you are going to use, I basically have been using it on a daily basis and take it with me if I've stayed over anywhere so perhaps I'll need to invest in something that will stand the test of time and hard usage...if there is such a thing.
If you're not a whiz with FCP, this should help get you up to speed and jog your memory. While it doesn't contain as much info as a full size keyboard cover, it does the trick - and the silicon is kinda fun. Enjoy. I haven't figured out the best way to store it when not using except to leave it in place on the keyboard.
The Vesatex Spin DJ USB Controller is a great product. The wheels feel great, and the touch sensitivity works seamlessly with the djay software. The faders seem a bit cheap, but integrate seamlessly with the software and work perfectly. I wish that there was more control over effects from the controller. - Retail Packaging-Clear The screen protector is actually really good! I was playing with it right after I got it put on at radioshack and accidently scratched it (i guess it's my fault) and after a day the scratch is almost gone. The shield actually healed itself.
