I paid about $200 for all the parts. The system is loud enough to hear riding in the bike lane next to heavy traffic at 35MPH. It can't overpower Harley engines, however. It gets REALLY loud when I bring it indoors if it's set to traffic volume. The ipad and wireless mouse cable is a couple years old. Yes, they keep getting shorter - my 2003 ipad and wireless mouse's Firewire cable is over 6 feet long! . You can get them in different lengths on ebay for cheap.
What about Linux?Anandtech is severly lacking any Linux reporting, on all fronts, how hardware works on Linux, reports on the Linux kernel, reports on different distribution and reports on software running on Linux. You got ipad and wireless mouse on the list but no Linux, why?
We need to be able output the iPad display entirely to the VGA adapter. I paid $29 for this piece of junk. Do not buy this until they fix this.

The foam indoor hull is very forgiving and the rotors cut out if any one of them meets any resistance. this means your drone drops like a rock if it bumps a wall but because the props aren't spinning when it hits the ground you do a lot less damage to the
