I hate to say this, but I'm going to have to agree with the nay-sayers on this one... I love my ipad keyboard dock or wireless keyboard Touch and I loved the idea of these headphones, but mine died and they aren't even a year old! They really don't hold up well and really need to be rethought. Less than a year and the sound quality starts to go bad and then one side dies? This isn't Apple's usual fantastic engineering.....

Carrying case is as described, but the only problem is that nowhere does it tell you that you cannot have any kind of case on your iPhone. iPhone must be naked in order to use this case. Had I known that, I would not have purchased it.
I do a lot of presentations with a ipad keyboard dock or wireless keyboardBook Pro and a projector in different places and I can never attach tightly my VGA cables; the holders are to far from the edge. I have to use tape all the time to make sure it doesn't unplug and there is risk of poor color displaying if it is not plugged correctly. I'm not happy with it and I don't have other options. I hope you guys fix the problem.
It holds ipad keyboard dock or wireless keyboard in place but makes it difficult yo change songs and turn up volume. Too cumbersome.
This earpeice is all we've come to expect from Bose. Incredible sound, no background noise and the other side can't even tell it's an earpeice. Should have done this awhile ago!
