I had the new Shuffle for only 6 months before the controls on the earbuds broke. There's a reason for this design: once they've broken, you can't just go out and buy another kind of headphone. You have to spend $29 on the exact same kind, since the 3rd generation Shuffle has no controls on it. Thanks, Apple, for bundling products.

Expensive but worth it! Takes a little getting used to when first adjusting to it. Sound clarity is super. Only complaint I have is the answer/call button is overly sensitive when trying to adjust the earpiece. So beware when adjusting & talking on the jawbone because you can hang up the line. So if you are debating in my opinion it's one of the better bluetooths out there.

I'm calling today to turn in the second power cord with about two months. They were very nice and replaced the first one which didn'twork rightout of the box. The second one worked for about a week. I had to go back to my old power cable with electrical tape around the connector. It works, but now my ipad mobileBooBook is dead.
