The outer portion of the case is leather (or leather-like), but the phone is held to the case on the inside by a plastic portion that you have to snap the phone into. It works pretty well, but it feels a bit cheap, and the top plastic clip partially obstructs the iPhone's proximity sensor. The front flap opens downward, which is better than opening upward, and the flap is secured closed via a magnet.

Great feel when you hold it. Very snug when it snaps together. Wish the sides were a little higher than the screen, but overall looking forward to using it.
Ok so I was shipped a damaged item at first. However the company was prompt to correct this. About the item itself. Sound quality... okMic Volume... okStyle... validFit... not that ok... The rubber coatings provided are all too big for my ears. 3 sizes and the smallest doesn't fit well... too big.
