In the little over a month that I have been using this product I have had no major gripes or issues with it. However the one thing that I really like the way the it clearly sorts music into a logical order but the draw back is that you have to leave about 56mb of free space on the device to allow its sorting procedure. That aside the clip is a great value for money mp3 that gives good sound quality for its price.
