Click the iPhone listed beneath the "Devices" heading. Click the "Info" tab and scroll down to the "Other" heading. Place a checkmark next to the "Sync notes" option. Click the "Sync" button to sync the iPhone notes to the computer. Once the syncing process is finished, click the "Eject" button and eject the iPhone from the computer.
