Memory works perfectly, no errors or defect.Installation is very easy. Make sure u have a screwdriver 000 to unscrew the bolts on the ipad1 casesbook pro plate. I heard people suggest 00 but it gave me a hard time removing the screws. The 000 was easier at gripping to the philips screws and resulted in less metal scraping.
The problem with product reviews is most people who submit reviews are those with a problem. This products works fine. Plugged it in and it worked. A product this simple is not usually commented on because there is not much to go wrong. I read a few reviews before I bought it but I had no problems. Does what it is supposed to do.
Second time I've orderd these cases. There are two different cases.You dont get a choice which in which one is sent. One is better than the other. I got the better one the first time and the other this time. I am a little disappointed.
The product came in a speedy manner, 6 protectors in total. So far I only used one. I know a lot of people complained that they got a lot of bubbles when they applied the screen protector, but I believe they just don't know how to put on screen protectors properly (no offense). I was able to get the product on my phone with 0 bubbles. Most people don't know but the key to this is regular tape and a microfiber cloth. First wipe down the phone with the cloth, don't use napkins or paper towels
