I purchased a single 4GB DDR3 RAM stick as an upgrade for my Asus u45, which came with 4GB installed. This DDR3 1333mhz is about the cheapest stuff out there right now, almost cheaper than the slower 1066mhz RAM. Definitely worth the money, and 6GB of RAM is perfect for running lots of programs at once, or for gaming!
