The router itself is wonderful, but hooking up a printer through it is not as easy as advertised. I did get it to work with my iphone 4 speaker dock bestBook, but am still working to set it up to work on my wife's PC. I'm sure that I will eventually get it working with the PC, but it is taking quite a bit of time. Part of the problem is that the guidelines for setting up the printer are vague and not very informative.Besides the printer issue, it's a great buy!
Mine broke after 2 months between one connection and the next. I've tried multiple cables and switches including ones that work with other iphone 4 speaker dock besthines. The light on the switch doesn't even turn on. This one is just dead.How hard is it to make this item durable? Really I've had plenty of dongles and pretty much treated them like junk. No issues. This is a good start, but essentially it's just a very small glucose monitor with a built in USB (30 pin dock). Not particularly exciting. What would be really exciting is if those of us who use an insulin pump could use an iPhone as a remote for a wireless pump. You'd have an insulin reservoir attached to you, without any cords and the iPhone could work as a wireless continuous glucose monitor as well as a wireless method of communicating with the pump/reservoir (which would be attached to you.
