How do you know if your iPad's battery is below 50% of it's original capacity?

Apple said they will replace the battery if it;s within one year warranty and under 50% capacity. I know my iPad is not at it;s original capacity but how do I know if under 50%, qualifying for the replacement? By if it dies in, like, 4 hours.Other things to do to help the situation is turn off location services for the individual programs unless you need them at the time, in settings. IPhone 4 deleted the camera app that it came with from the home screen?

On my iPhone 4 the camera app that it comes with suddenly dissapeared to where now there is no app that says camera. I can still get to it if I search for it (the screen to the left of the home screen)I tried restating it but that didn;t do anything. Aanyway to make the camera app appear again? make sure you didn;t accidentally drag it into a folder. You can also try restoring the phone (as long as you sync up your phone before hand with your music, apps etc everything will be there when its d
