I spoke with Otterbox reps at CES '09 in Vegas and they UNOFFICIALLY recommend that if you get the air pocket between the screen and phone to wave the phone thru dust (fluff a pillow and wave it thru) to alleviate this. also, if you purchase this, make sure to look closely at any off-market chargers you may wish to purchase as they will NOT fit into this to charge.still... Setup is easy.Cons: Cost is high, drops wifi 3-5 times per week. Old model did not.I bought this for the simultaneuos dual band capability and because I had an earlier generation model that worked flawlessly for 2 years.
