I disagree with the need for a software orientation lock. The application I am developing for iPad works best facedown and I really don"t feel the need to provide a software lock as Apple has provided a more than sufficient hardware orientation lock switch on IPad.

Nice job of protecting the phone, but poorly designed placement of the headphone jack. I bought the model for the Verizon phone, but the headphone jack does not line up. It's not the end of the world but you'd think the manufacturer would get that part right.
