I've done 824 cycles and my battery last about 45. I think this is pretty good to be honest. I read that some peoples are dead with way less cycles, I put this down to poor use and care. If you let your battery run so low that it forces your computer to sleep and then leave it for a long period of time the battery will get eaten, If you do this a lot your battery will die.
