Like many others I have the same problem with the right earpiece dying after a couple of months. If you use them and put them in your pocket the cheap wire quality will soon succumb to the daily usage. So, after all, the sound quality is up there with the more expensive models of sennheiser or sony but the durability is definitely much worse than other models. Great price, good sound quality, but not built for walking and bending.
I've had this adapter for about 2 weeks now. Contrary to what its name implies, it does NOT allow you to use it to drive two displays, though that's what I am doing with it by means of a second piece of hardware: Matrox TripleHead2Go Digital. Every time you attach two active adapters together, problems are bound to follow, and I do have problems waking my displays from sleep (I need to power-cycle the Matrox box to do that). This is a good case. It fits my iPhone (incased in Polycarbonate slim case) perfectly. The fit is snug but not tight to where it is a struggle to remove the phone. The clip is strong and provides excellent tension. Best of all when sitting in a chair or in a vehicle the case doesn't ride up and off my belt.
