Can I load ipod stereo for car apps onto another ipod stereo for car touch if i purchased them once?

I plan on purchasing second ipod stereo for car Touch (2g) and I want to know if I will be able to if I will be able to load the ipod stereo for car apps i have already purchased onto the new ipod stereo for car touch without having to pay for them again. yeah, thats the good thing about friends.not a lot of ppl know this thou. Problem With ipod stereo for car Classic Sound Levels?

I have recently purchased an ipod stereo for car Classic and I have downloaded my classical music CDs.However, I find that some tracks are very quiet, while others are very loud.
