I have sent support a email to let them know but i think that they already do as when i looked up reviews for this i found a lot of people are having the same issue.

I work in a school district where we have had to replace many of these where they just stop working. It gets expensive very quickly. This is a poorly constructed product, and you risk having it just die on you for no good reason.
