It fits fairly well--a little loose for my taste, but at least it doesn't obscure any of the phone's controls. It adds only a slight amount of weight and a little bulk, and it provides good resistance to scratches and a small amount of protection if the phone is dropped. It looks fine: not exactly stylish, but certainly not ugly.
